Deon Kidd - Development Coach
Deon's coaching career progressed over two years at the AAA level, where he led the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders. Most recently, he has served as a skills coach with Ignite Hockey and Perfect Skating, focusing on player development and enhancing on-ice performance. Deon’s professional tenure included playing in Germany, where he participated in the DEL2 with the Heilbronner Falken and in Germany 3 with the Hannover Indians and Hannover Scorpions. Deon possesses extensive experience and a strong commitment to nurturing players across all levels of the sport.

Michael Dubus - Development Coach
Michael hails from Colorado and completed his Bachelor’s Degree at Washington University in St. Louis. He is now pursuing a Master of Teaching Degree. During his time at Washington University, he not only played hockey but also served as the President of the hockey club. Presently, he holds the position of Program Director and Varsity Head Coach for the Castle View Sabercats. Additionally, Michael teaches 7th and 8th graders at Aces Sports Academy.

Sean Giles - Development Coach
Sean is dedicated to helping young hockey players eager to enhance their skills. With extensive knowledge in teaching fundamentals, he’s a valuable addition to Cascade Hockey. Sean began his hockey journey in Colorado, later playing for the Lone Star Brahamas in the NAHL, where he became team captain. He earned an NCAA Div. 1 scholarship to Robert Morris University, graduating in Biomedical Engineering while achieving multiple academic honors. Sean is now in his fifth professional season, playing for Eisbären Regensberg in Germany.

Bo Hanson - Development Coach
Bo is dedicated to developing individual hockey players, focusing on all aspects of the game. Originally from Idaho, he played AAA youth hockey across the U.S. and attended USA Hockey Development Camps. Drafted by the USHL's Muskegon Lumberjacks, he became captain and earned a scholarship to St. Lawrence University. There, he won several awards before transferring to Denver University and later Northern Michigan University. After college, he played in the ECHL and AHL and is now in his third pro season with the Belfast Giants in England.
